🔄 Returns & Exchanges – The Wizard’s Code of Customer Care

At Crafting ’til Dawn LLC, we enchant every item with care. But we know that sometimes, even the best spells don’t land perfectly. If your order arrives with a glitch in the matrix—or a crack in the cauldron—we’ve got your back.


🧸 Handmade Treasures (Plushies, Sculptures, Magnets & More)

  • Returns & exchanges are accepted
    You have 10 days from delivery to contact us and 20 days to ship the item back.

  • The fine print: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition. You’re responsible for return shipping (we can’t summon a raven for that).

  • Refunds will be issued once your item arrives safely back at our workshop.


🧵 Custom & One-of-a-Kind Creations

  • Custom orders (like keepsake plushies made from baby clothes) are non-returnable, unless they arrive cursed (aka damaged).

  • If there’s a problem, send us a message with photos within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work some customer service magic.


🧙‍♂️ Digital Spells (a.k.a. Embroidery Files)

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital downloads. Once you’ve unlocked the files, the magic can’t be un-cast.

  • That said—if a file misbehaves or won’t play nicely with your embroidery machine, we’re happy to help troubleshoot.


🐉 Damaged Deliveries & Order Issues

  • If your package arrives looking like it took a detour through a dragon fight, don’t panic.

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement, a refund, or a soothing potion (probably just a refund, but you get the idea).
